I have a regular wholesale customer that has never had this problem before. I am in Canada, she is in California. She put in three addresses and got"This Order Can’t Be Shipped To The Address You Entered." message every time. I checked my shipping settings and they have always been the same. I have shipped other orders to the US this week with no issues. I ship from Shopify using Canada Post.
Is this a Shopify glitch?
This issue happens to me even when it isn’t the shipping address. Customers will get this error if they are trying to purchase a product that is out of stock. Would love to know if you find a solution.
Hi. I will let you know. I will have to check if it’s a stock issue. I think it’s a glitch of some kind as it’s never been an issue before and she orders all the time.
Hi. So, I was chatting to someone last night on Shopify. It turns out it is probably my default box. It’s so ridiculous that this is an issue all of a sudden. I have a customer that wholesales from me and orders regularly and all of a sudden the default box is an issue. The order is too large to fit in the box size I have selected so I have to do a manual invoice and send it to her. The Shopify dude said that would probably work. If not I will have to invoice her via PayPal.
