How can I add date picker and time to the checkout?

If you’re on Shopify Plus, you can now add a delivery date picker directly into the checkout thanks to the new checkout extensibility features.
If you’re not on Plus, the best approach is usually to add the date and time picker to the cart page or product page instead.
