Delivery date/time picker app for certain products only

I’m looking for a CHEAP plan on an app that will allow me to use a delivery date/time picker for certain products only.

Ideal situation:

Local delivery products: customers can select a delivery date/time.

Shipped products: no delivery date/time picker shown to the customer.

As a brand-new small business, my budget is very tight so I’m looking for the cheapest plan out there that will enable me to operate the way I need to!
