Hello all - I have read over other posts with the same issues, but the solutions did not work for me. I am working with Dawn 9.0. Basically, I have added products and new collections. The product is only showing up under all products and not the other collections.

What I have done:

  1. Checked to make sure the products are active - they are
  2. Check to make sure they are available on the online - they are
  3. I have deactivated and reactivated the collection - did not work.

For example, this specific sock item is listed under 2 collections, but it does not show up in either even though I have listed it under put them there. Same for the other items.

I tried to check and demo the issue in my store but didn’t see the problem like you have.

Hello - Thank you for your quick reply. I just got the issue resolved. I had added “filter collection with tags” by mistake on a few of my collection menus. This caused the issue. Christian at Shopify quickly recognized the issue and it was fixed immediately. I hope my post can help others if it happens to them. Thank you for responding!

Once I deleted those filter tags, it was obviously fixed :).

Hi, I have been having this same issue since Sunday May 28, 2023 and today is Saturday June 03, 2023 and the matter is still not resolved. The shopify technical team was unable to solve the matter fully has it only worked for a few hours and was back to the initial issue why I am here. I do not believe that the tags are the issue because the tags are default and cannot be deleted. I have seen other collects with the same tags and the products displayed in the collections perfectly. I am frustrated with this issue and the Shopify team is not much help. I am extremely disappointed.

It was the issue for me. The tags are optional (as it is written) ON THE COLLECTION (NOT product page) not default. My items would not show up because I did not have tags on the product itself. As soon as I removed all the optional tags on the collections, all my products showed up . It was 100% the issue for me.
