Dear all the new DAWN THEME only shows in the footer as Country\Region option : Belgium € \ Cyprus € \ Austria € \ Andorra €

I do not understand why is showing only those 4 specific countries, if a bug I rather remove it. I tried to log in the store with a VPN in USA and still showing the above mentioned countries.
Could you help detect what needs to be changed? Thanks
