Dawn Theme - Products not displaying when Collection is clicked

Hi! I’m using the Dawn theme and, for some reason, when I click on any of my Collections - it goes to the ‘Introduction’ of the Product Line but doesn’t actually show any of the products. You can access my collections by Clicking on “Shop Art” (top of page), “Find Your Favorite Work of Art” (button in the center) or scrolling down to “Shop By Collections.”

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I’m about to pull what little hair I have left out! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi! Could you try another browser?

I normally use Firefox and I started getting the SAME screen as you did. I switched to Microsoft Edge and it came up.

Try this one because it’s definitely allowing me ‘inside’ even though I’m not certain why the domain name isn’t forwarding because it was last evening.

Hi! No, the issue is still present.
I can go to my Collections without a problem. The problem is that when you click on any of the Collections it doesn’t take you to any products. I have around 130+ products that were all showing yesterday but not today.
For instance, while the products don’t show when you click on a collection, you can still search for them. I typed in ‘horses’ and found this:

Thanks for providing more detail about this issue. I see the issue now. In this case, please go to your theme customization > select collection template and try to see if we disabled the “product grid” section in this template

In the case, if you can not solve this by yourself, I would like to send a collaborator request access to help you check this issue better.
