Dawn Theme - Products on a home page and collections page - desktop

I am having hard time adjusting product on home page and collections page.

Though standard customizing has options to select rows and columns.

Examples - Setting on Main page

Maximum products - 16

Number of columns - 4

My expectation was that If I try to see all products on web page, I should see 4 columns of products with total of 16 on page 1 and any more than 16 should be shown on page 2.

Initially it appears correctly but when I select View all then the columns change to 5 and it show 3 rows of 5 products and 1 row with only one product. That is problem.

Number of columns - 4

Example When I click “Necklaces”, it shows me 5 columns and same problem.

Not sure what is the issue. Can you please help?

So you want to set up 4x4 product cards on the collection page right? Instead of 5x4
Also, the 5th row has only one product.
