Hi,

I accidentally deleted my google authenticator code for my shopify log in, now I can’t log in, and I have no way to retrieve the code through the app. The virtual assistant is also not helping as it keeps telling me to reset my password and email which I have done, and still can’t log in due to not having my google authenticator code, it doesnt connect me to a support advisor. I closed the shop a while ago, however recently I recieved an email telling me the domain is due for renewal soon, I just want to log in to ensure auto renew is off, so it does not deduct any money since I closed that shop. Also, I don’t have a recovery code, I don’t remember getting one. I just want to know if auto renew is off for my domain.
