I ordered a package on the 23rd of January of one of those car duck things and I never received it. When i click on the website for it, it says there isn’t a page for it and it isn’t a shop. Was it a scam and what should I do.

Are you able to reply to any emails from the store, the order confirmation email for example? Does the store have a contact phone number, email or social media link you can find?
No I’ve emailed them multiple times and they never reply ##- Please type

We appreciate your diligence in trying to get this resolved. I would recommend filling out our AUP Violation form and our legal team will take a look into the store if it is on the platform. It may also benefit you to contact your bank and issue a charge back to have your money refunded to you!
