payment took place regularly on the same days, but after 6 weeks I didn’t receive the order confirmation email and the vendor didn’t reply my multiple emails for clarifications.

I was able to test our AUP report page and was able to load it successfully, Are you able to send a screenshot of what you are seeing? I would strongly recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies and also try in another web browser.
