I cant search customers

The Customers page in the Shopify Admin has recently changed to include the new “Customer Segmentation” feature. This feature allows you to group together customers who have similar characteristics into a customer segment. More information on this feature can be found on this page.
Using the new Customer page layout, you can still use your main search bar to search for customers individually by email. You can read more about searching for customers on this page here. We also have more information on this search bar here.

This is not an improvement to the software. I need to look for a group of customers with the same name and make a change to them one at a time. This new way of searching is not working for me.

I would like to create a group for customers local to me, but in segmentation UK cities are not available.
