Did anyone else have issues with Shopify email on BFCM ? Our campaign failed after about 25% of sends due to ‘high rate of negative customer response’. We had an unsubscription rate of about 1.1%. I am not 100% certain but based on my research this is not a bad rate. Really frustrated as we moved over from Mailchimp as it seemed like a more cost effective option but it failed us on our busiest day of the year.
That may be due to improper data, or emails you send to the people reporting because they may never be subscribed.
