We just uploaded our mailjet subscribers to our customer base in Shopify so that we can swap over to using Shopify Marketing only. We had scrubbed the list, but for whatever reason it’s getting high bounce back and Shopify stated the campaign failed. The campaign was supposed to go to 11k subscribers. Shopify states that 85% of the emails were sent. However, when we go to report it looks like not quite 2k emails were sent and 154 bounced. 2k is not 85% of 11k. So we’re trying to figure out which subscribers got the email and which didn’t so we can scrub the list and resend. Since they are saying they sent 85% of the campaign is it common for there to be such a big discriptency? I did try to reach out to support, but it seems to not be working right now.
