Did you get scammed by newliters.de too?

The store newliters.de accepted my payment through your system. After receiving payment a week ago, there is no information about my order or shipping.

It is impossible to contact the store:

  • e-mail is not working

  • they don’t answer the phone

  • instagram does not respond

  • facebook doesn’t respond

all social networks with zero activity for the last year.

You would recommend waiting a little longer and then contacting the bank. The bank will not return a payment that has been processed for a long time.

But the site newliters.de will continue to accept orders from trusting customers. After all, you give them the opportunity to continue their business.

I understand that you will not return the money, but you can put the store on the stop list or stop their work altogether after checking the information from me. My order was created on october 12, order number 1061.

Apart from this line, i received nothing for the money spent and i emphasize once again that it is impossible to contact the store.

It sounds like you’re referring to an order you made with a store online.

Shopify is an ecommerce software merchants around the world use to build stores for their own independent businesses.

We do not handle shipping or orders for these stores ourselves here in Shopify at all.

We would first advise you to try to contact the store you have ordered from, using some of the methods you have already mentioned trying here.

In addition to these I’d recommend you try replying to any confirmation sent to you by the store you ordered from.

If the store you purchased from is not working with you to resolve any issue and 30 days or more have passed you can next contact the payment method (PayPal, card issuer, etc) to let them know what has happened with this transaction.

They will be able to discuss any options for disputing your payment with you as necessary.
