Didn't receive my order from a store, now it's unavailable, what to do?

i ordered a shirt by one on the Shopify store domain name is https://rdgopani.club/

But I didn’t receive my item. a week later, I come back to the store, but I getting an error that says This store is unavailable. what to do? please keep an eye on your shopify associated store. reply me as soon as possible.
