Different image size for desktop and mobile

Hi there, I’ve seen a lot of messages already about this but none of them seem to work for me.

I have an image banner on my desktop which is perfect but on mobile view the image is very small.

I have created 2 seperate images for each but don’t know how to apply them separately..

Any advice?
