Different products for different countries

Hello,

I am wondering if it´s possible to have different products showing on the web-shop for different countries?

Here is an example:

I like to have a product showing in only Finland and not in Sweden.

Do i have to create multiple stores for different countries or can it be done in another way?

We will be releasing the ability to do this very soon within Shopify Markets. We expect for everyone to have this available to them early in the new year.
