Sell to multi countries but with different products

Hi I currently have a scooter Shopify website but some of my products are only available to USA while the others are only available to Canada. If I want to have two different product pages on these two countries, do I have to have two Shopify accounts?

I have created two markets and used the primary domain for USA market while the sub domain for Canada market but the products are the same on both domain and markets.

How can change the available products on two markets?

You can go to your shipping setting to select different product for different location

But the customers can still see my products on my website right? They just can’t check out because the system says “Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.”
