Disable Shopify Payments, but "Manage" is disabled

I like to disable Shopify Payments, but the “Manage” Button is disabled. Ideas anyone?

Hi, @sDruschel .

Thank you for reaching out and sharing that screenshot!

To manage the payments section of your admin, you must have the permission settings to do so. Are you the account owner of this store?

Please let me know if you have any further questions! I would love to learn more about your business. What type of products do you sell?

I have collaborator access in the shop, and I need to run a test order. How can I do that?

I am experiencing the same issue, I have collaborator access from my client who asked me to help remove apple pay and google payment options from his store.

Hey @russellwilliams

If the option to manage the payment gateways is not available please make sure you are signed in as the account owner or have been granted permissions to your account from the account owner to do so. If that is not working then the account owner will need to contact our authenticated support for additional troubleshooting on this matter. To access our authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Open the AI chat window and type “contact support” to get started.

Hi Shay,

My client (the account owner) is experiencing the same issue mentioned here. The Support team has told her they’ll escalate and get back to her but it’s still not been resolved yet.

Any other teams we could get in touch with please? We’re based in Australia.

Thanks!
