Discount code changes name back to a 'code'

Hello I am hoping someone can assist.

Whenever I create a discount code I enter the name I would like customers to enter but when I click create, it reverts into a ‘code’ eg: 1SRYYFBVZFYZ but I want it to be the name eg: ‘10NEW’ ect.

When I try it in the page, the name doesn’t work but the code does?!

How can I make the name stay and not use the code?

Hi Zekki,
You’re not accidentally clicking the “Generate” button next to the Discount Code input field are you? That would create a random code such as your example, and override what you manually entered.
