I use the Kalles theme on my store. If I sell a $100 dollar product with a compare at price of $50 instead of the discount tag showing a 50% discount it shows 51% discount. I have no experience with coding. How can I solve this problem?

Based on the screenshot you provided, the discount is not equal to a perfect 50%. I would recommend adjusting the discount to $149,95 for the product that is listed at 299.90 and see if that helps.
