When I add discount on my main market, it doesn’t add the same discount to the other markets, and when trying to do it manually, it becomes a discount on the discounted price. If that makes sense. How do you add discounts to different markets? Is there an app?
Are you making pricing adjustments, or using discounts here?
I’m using discounts, so on the main market you are able to see the original
price and the discounted price. But the discounted price is not visible on
the other markets. How can I add it to the other markets as well?
Thanks
Currently you can only change prices per-market. It looks like you’re using compare-at pricing to show your strike-through prices. In markets preferences in settings there’s a toggle for “Compare-at pricing hiding” that you can un-check to make the strike-through prices appear in all markets.
Ok, so I found the setting and unchecked the toggle for the “Compare-at
pricing hiding”, but it’s still not showing.
I’m not sure if I’m doing wrong when trying to change the prices. I go to
the specific market, for example US, and at the top I change Price
adjustment to “price decrease” and then I make it -50%. But nothing is
changing. Is this the wrong way to do it?
Hi @AnniCernea,
Many Shopify stores using Shopify Markets have similar issues when it comes to displaying discounted prices across different markets.
We’ve helped several merchants solve this exact problem using the Adsgun app.
If you haven’t solved this issue yet, I’d suggest trying our solution. You have a 7-day trial, so if it doesn’t work for you, you won’t be charged a single penny.
Hope it helps!
All the best,
Stefan
