Recently i’ve recieved a DMCA notice of copyright violation. The notice included ALL of my products, though I have asked all of Aliexpress sellers that I work with if I can use their images and they all agreed. On top of that all of the images were heavily edited by me, neither did they contain any trademarks. All the texts were also written by me myself. Plus there’s NO WAY this single person is a copyright owner of all the pictures for 9 different products from different Ali sellers.. AND ALSO there was no prove of her being the copyright owner.

So before Shopify took down my products I took them down myself and now wonder if I can reupload same pictures (approved by ali sellers + edited), or will I get the strike again???

And also how do I protect from these fake accusations in the future? That day I was about to go to sleep and the takedown was scheduled 6:00 in the morning, so Shopify just quickly takes down pages on the first demand… What if someone just will spam with these accusations??
