How to handle a fake DMCA takedown notice on my website?

Hello Shopify,

We got DMCA Takedown Notice from competitor side in shopify. We didn’t copy anything from anywhere. We using our canva pro gif and also have a license. We sent mail to the shopify but didn’t reply. Please check it once our website is pure, not copied from anyone website. Kindly check it once again. For god seek please don’t blame us with false allegations. Please Shopify.

My competitor is doing this with small business. we started few days ago and today I got DMCA notice. Please help me shopify. We just started business and we didn’t copy anything from his website.

I received a DMCA notice today from a competitor alleging I copied photos, videos, and content. I used the Spocket app and made the post from AliExpress. This person filed a bogus claim and Shopify removed my content which is crazy considering I didn’t infringe upon any of their content. I guess I can be petty and file against them and get their site shutdown.
