Do you work on your business every day or take scheduled days off?
I choose to take scheduled days off. Like a saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

My longest streak with no days off was 14 days, I can’t do more than that. Aside from scheduled days off, I also take many breaks throughout the day (pomodoro and stuff). This helps me produce quality work and avoid burnout
