The one task I’ve been putting off is getting regular, early, and 8 hours of sleep. It’s really important, but I always get caught up on social media and end up losing 3 hours of sleep

Always remind myself to sleep less [just 5-6 hours a day]. Don’t spend time on Social media eve friends and always push me to work, work work. This is what I think about daily for the Future planning.
