I deleted my store and now I have restored it again.
Now my domains which I had purchased are not visible in the section domains.
Is there a way to get them back again?

Domains require renewal in order to keep them active within your store. Renewing your domain ensures that your ownership doesn’t expire. What I suspect has happened here is that your domain ownership has lapsed.
How long ago did you close your store? and did you purchase your domain from Shopify or from a third party like GoDaddy? If you purchased it from a third party, the renewal settings would be within your third-party dashboard. If your domain was purchased on Shopify, you can repurchase your domain (pending it’s available) then turn on automatic renewal within the Shopify admin in your domain settings:
