The Navigation menu dropdown is not working when hovering the main menu Especially in MacBook pro safari browser. Please check and give a solution as soon as possible.

I viewed your storefront using Google Chrome and can confirm the drop down menus do appear when hovering so I think the issue here could be your browser. While Apple Safari is a supported browser, we do recommend using Google Chrome for the best results. If you’d prefer to continue using Apple Safari please ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version. To learn more please follow this link.
However, what didn’t work for me are the menu options - HK homes and HK exclusives. Have you ensured your navigation is set up correctly? Learn more by following this link here. Otherwise, this could be a theme issue. Which theme are you using?
Thanks for the reply. We set up the navigation menu correctly and it is working in all other browsers except Apple Safari. We’d prefer to continue using Apple Safari and we are using the most up-to-date version. If we check in a console of Apple Safari , it throws some script error .
We are using a theme called “Kalles-4.0.5 Official” . Please help us to resolve this as early as possible.
The script error indicates that this could be a theme issue. It looks like you are using a third-party theme, so I do recommend reaching out to your theme’s developer at your earliest convenience to fix this issue.
