Does anyone know how to format the placeholder of a dropdown box in the checkout steps for an alternate payment gateway to return an error when it is submitted as the default option? I have tried multiple things and am stuck. The alternate payment option with dropdown options were coded into the theme settings prior to me. So, I am trying to update the code to make the customer choose one of the options from the dropdown when the radio button is selected rather than being able to just submit the placeholder which says “please select from below:”
