I’m trying to figure out how to add a placeholder in a select field in the contact form. The field shows up, but the placeholder does not.
I made sure that the json language file has the correct tags, but it’s still not working. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved.

The url is https://russellmoccasin.com/pages/contact I want the dropdown to say “Choose One”.
Why won’t you just add it as an option?
I suppose I could but if someone doesn’t choose one of the items and leaves it as choose one it won’t error on them. I mean the chances of the happening is probably pretty slim, but I’d like to make sure it doesn’t happen at all.
