Dropshipping - How to connect with my supplier?

Hello there,

We have a Shopify store where we sell both through dropshipping and with products purchased and stocked. Looking ahead, we want to expand our dropshipping operations and have a seamless system. Currently, with the few partners we work with, we exchange order data on an FTP server.

In order to automate order data synchronization, we are either looking for an app or to develop an api.

Ex, for a specific case, a supplier we want to synchronize with has their own Shopify store + a plugged logistic partner.

We have 2 solutions :

  • Connect with their existing Shopify store, so every order placed on our store is synchronized with their existing database.

  • Connect with their logistics partner.

What would you recommend, and how could we do so ?
