With regards to your inquiry, are you able to tell us more about the error you’ve been facing? A screenshot of the error screen will also help.
For log in issues, we always refer you to your email for any direct correspondence with any of our internal teams. If your store was made inactive, you should have received an email explaining as to why and possible steps to resolve it.
We also recommend you visit this link to ensure you are using the correct log in credentials to enter. We’re aware that a lot of users have multiple accounts so it is easy to get those details mixed up. We also recommend you try some local troubleshooting steps like clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different browser, or going into private/incognito mode. Give these a try as well to see if anything changes.
If you are not seeing any info/errors after the suggestions above, I recommend you reach out to our live support team for more information on why the account is unable to be entered. Once they verify your identity and credentials, they can open up the back end of your account and dig deeper to see why you are not able to log in.
