Im having a problem with something I thought is pretty basic: duplicating product template.
according to all the guides it should be: online store - theme customise - templates - products - craete product - based on default product. but here is the problem: I am not seeing option :create template or anything similar.
All I want to do is to duplicate default product template!
help please!
I had this same issue as above where “Create template” did not show up after clicking product.
It turns out this is because the site was made with an older discontinued theme.
After switching to a new theme the “Create template” button is available again.
