Dutch addresses always wrong

Hello, We have a store where we sell products across Europe. For some reason Dutch people constantly have incorrect addresses. Has Anyone experienced the same and what could we do about this? No other “nationality” / location has this issue. It takes so much time to correct these addresses on a daily basis. We have clearly stated at the check out:

Address (street, housenumber, apartment number).

Still the addresses come often as: housenumber, street. Or only the house number and no street name.

Same problem here since some weeks! I work with MyParcel, and you?

Years ago, it happend a lot that customers forgot their housenumber. So I made the second addressline mandatory for housenumber.

That worked.

But recently I needed this line for international orders as customers put too many characters in the first addressline and we could not print labels anymore.

Since I made this secundary address line not mandatory anymore and let my dutch customers fill in street and houseumber in the two fields that automatically are displayed in the check-out, I do get concept errors when we try to make the concept labels to print. We have to manually cut and paste the housenumber into the secundary addressline to be able to print the labels.

This sucks. I have openend another ticket at myParcel and hope to hear from them tuesday.
