Hello!
In shopify I have 34 Vendors(Suppliers) with 8,395 items in my inventory. My inventory is very off. I have a bunch of negative quantities and quantities that show more and less than I actually have. I need to do an audit but I need the easiest way to go about it. What would be the best way to correct my inventory. At this point I think I have to zero everything out and manually correct the numbers. I read that if I export my inventory in CSV then import it with changes that I would also have to redo all of my images. I’m lost. Please help.
Hi @TamekaMcG ,
I think I may have solution for you!
I am shopify app developer and my product is called Feeds Bridge it allows you to automatically synchronize catalog from multiple vendors.
With Feeds Bridge you can import catalog from Excel, CSV, TAB, PIPE files, all you need to do is map your vendor file to system attributes and products will be created on your shopify store.
Manage pricing using pricing rules - if your catalog files do not have selling price/ compare at price or both, you can define pricing rules (based on item type and price range).
So In case your vendors provide you catalog in their format, you can use their file and push it to the system every time you get an updated file from your vendor (only delta changes will by synchronized to shopify store).
Since only delta changes are pushed to shopify, catalog updated runs way faster comparing to how long it would take to push all changed to shopify directly.
Also fee suggest you free version of our system which alows to create up to 500 items.
