We’ve always been big fans of in-person and event marketing. Since we serve food, giving customers a chance to take it before making a buying decision is important. We identified early on that our core demographic/community was athletes and so I went to all sorts of races and competitions with the product to run samples and to sell. It built credibility and loyalty early and we expanded from there. Email marketing has worked best for us in digital space, followed by ad-words. Meta has always produced mediocre ad results.
