Email and domain issues.

Okay. Multiple issues here. Chat is going in circles as well. So I re logged in after being inactive. My email that’s connected with google (business gmail) won’t let me sign in verification code doesn’t send to that email what so ever. Even so it has google access. I try changing/ update email it several times it just never happens, it’s connected to my Shopify account. I can only login with my original email I signed up with (regular gmail) I honestly don’t understand why I’m not getting any Shopify emails to my business email no matter how many times I resend code or resend verification to change my email to login. Honestly I think that’s why I went in active since I couldn’t change my regular email to my official business email. I’m at a lost. The second issue I have is my original domain I bought from Shopify isn’t on my Shopify account. I tried connecting it my account again and again. I keep getting the same message this domain is connected to an account which is the account I’m logged into yet my store isn’t anywhere to be found. They just gave me a new store. (I re activated my account after being in active, which prob caused some weird issue). I want my domain I paid for that’s supposed to be connected to my only account I have. Feel free to ask and give advice. I will share screenshots and screen recordings of any issues I’m trying to explain, if I get a response since it has personal information. I’ve been in and out of chat. I can’t get a real person or support advisor since, I apparently don’t have a store to connect with even so I’m logged in. which took a while. I’m having a huge tech problem here. Help please. Anyone out there.
