Is it possible if a customer enters their email in our website, but is just browsing and does not add to cart or purchase, to send an email to them? I was trying to set it up in automations, but it’s sending multiple emails when I want it to only send the customer this email one time, no matter how many items they browse.

I recommend using the Abandoned product browse automation.
You can access this by logging into Shopify, navigating to Marketing, then clicking Automations.
Click Create automation to view the Automation Template Library and install the Abandoned product browse automation.
This workflow sends an email to customers who browsed a product page but didn’t add to cart. It excludes customers who received an abandoned checkout, cart, or product-browse email in the last 14 days.
