Emails going to spam despite setting up DKIM, DMARC, etc

As the title says, I’ve noticed my emails are going to spam in regards to purchase confirmations.

I’ve set all the proper stuff up in the Advanced DNS section of Namecheap and have authenticated my site through Shopify. What do i do?

The issue of email spam can be a bit confusing. Logically, when someone sends an email, they want it to go directly to the recipient’s inbox, but because there is a lot of email fraud on the internet, email authorities are strict about this. First of all, could you please send an email to the address below using your email, and then write down the output here? Also, which email provider do you use? and do you use custom smtp setup ?

I want to help but there are a few things I need to clarify first:

  1. What’s your normal sending volume a day? Recently, did you suddenly send a volume much larger than your normal sending volume?
  2. What is your spam rate, domain reputation, and IP reputation on Postmaster? You can add your sending domain to Postmaster following this guide if you haven’t: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9981691?hl=en#zippy=%2Cip-reputation
