Err when test purchasing for a successful purchase

Hi, I was testing my payments to make sure it was safe for the customers when an err poped-up saying, “Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.” and i did multiple times even changed the address and took additional paymentmethods off. It still did not work i need help and dont know what to do. I am still in the last stage before release need help!!!

The error message you’re receiving at checkout may be related to how you’ve set up your shipping zones and rates.

Are you using any third-party apps to generate shipping rates? Can you also confirm that the products you’ve added to cart have shipping profiles and rates? If there are no General Profile rates and you’ve added a product, you’ll need to move it to a valid profile as soon as the product is created, otherwise no rates will be provided at checkout.

Could you ensure your shipping settings include the following:

  • If you’re using weight based rates, make sure the weight of the box isn’t making the package too heavy for the weight ranges.

  • If you’re using carrier calculated rates, make sure the default box is not set to a carrier packaging type.

  • Check the product is both physical / requires shipping, and has proper weight assigned.

  • Ensure the country of the shipping address is an Active Market under Settings > Markets.
