Getting error 500 on Admin. I can login, but the error page comes up immediately. Shopify Help Center is not responding either.
I already tried clearing the cache, restarting the browser and computer, and logging in on a different device. Also tried incognito mode. So, the problem is on Shopify’s end, but I have no way to contact them. The Status Page says everything is fine.
Is there any way I can contact Shopify?

Since an Error 500 is a server-side failure on their end, your best bet is to bypass the standard Help Center loop by using the Shopify Login Issue Form, which doesn’t require a store login to access support. Simultaneously, reach out to @ShopifySupport on X (Twitter) or via Facebook DM; their social media teams often respond faster during “silent” outages when the Status Page hasn’t updated yet. If those fail, you can try emailing support@shopify.com directly, though this is typically the slowest route.
