I can’t log into my site because of Error 500. I have tried using other browsers and clearing the cache. Can you help? Thank you.

Yet again, Shopify’s status page says “all systems are operational” but 500 error whenever we try to log into any of the four shopify stores we manage.
Yes, shopify “support,” we’ve cleared cache/cookies/history, used a different browser, used incognito windows, mobile vs desktop, etc etc etc etc etc.
500 is an internal error – this is a shopify issue…but shopify isn’t taking responsibility for it, has their “support” staff give useless advice to customers, and can’t even keep their own status page up to date.
These are recurring (not rare) issues with shopify.
Another failure in a long, lone line of shopify shortcomings – definitely do not recommend shopify to any one.
Thx for posting. We are having the same issue for the past hour or so. Shopify has no phone number I can report it to and I can’t log in. Hey Shopify if you can offer help, we’d appreciate it.

I am experiencing the same issue! 
WOAH I thought I was the only one! Im having the same issue, but my site is up and running, but loading the ADMIN is impossible, both WINDOW and MAC i cant load my admin, But again my site is up and running and can check out.
Getting same error. Went on the mobile app and was able to load, but all my orders and order history was gone.
When you say mobile app did you mean your ADMIN access or your site itself? Im having the same issue in I cant acess my admin interface. but my site is up and running though :0
The shopify admin mobile app. I can get in, but none of my orders from today or the past are showing up. My site is up and running as well, but not sure if the checkout is currently working.
Please also check if the network connection is stable, or check it under different mode of page. Sometimes it will work under private or incognito mode pages. If still unable to log into your site, please wait for a moment and try again later.
