For some context, this can happen if a domain is still considered connected to a different store within our system. As mentioned by @Gadgetz1 and also @Mr_RaviRaj you’ll need to get in touch with our live support team here at this link so that we can verify the ownership of the domain and get this fixed up for you! While I wish I could do this for you, we simply do not have access to accounts from the forums here ourselves, however our live support would be more than happy to assist you with this.
