Hi. Recently my store was closed due to unknown reason in which i believe nothing was wrong. Shopify has sent me an email saying if i think that my store was down by mistake i can fill in a form and give them proof of some options.

I have the documents and everything. I tried to upload and submit them for 5 times but the moment i click on “Submit” button to send my documents a new page from Shopify pops up saying:
“Application Error. Something has gone wrong and the page could not be displayed.”

What can i do? I’ve tried clearing my browser cache. I tried different browsers and the latest ones.

I tried everything but everytime i get this error and can’t submit my docs and proof of my business!
