Can someone please help? I’m having trouble changing my header banner. I can’t seem to locate it. I’ve checked both the Announcement and Hero sections, but it’s not there. There’s also no option to add or remove the existing banner."
Your header banner is probably managed by another section or image block with a different label in your theme. Visit Online Store > Themes > Customize and look under Header or any custom-named sections. If you not find it yet, you should search in the Theme Settings > Images or you can mail the theme developer.

To update your hero banner image:

Go to Online Store > Themes.

Click Customize next to your current theme.

In the theme editor sidebar, select the Hero section.

Under Media, click Select image to upload or choose one from your library.

Save your changes.
Your new image will now display as the hero banner on your storefront.
