Would you happen to be on our free trial at the moment? We’ve seen some new merchants still on the free trial reporting this error when they’re using their theme editor. If you are on a free trial, I recommend contacting our live Support team through the Help Center, and they will be able to look into your account and remove the error.
If you’re not on the free trial, we’ll want to dig into this more. Could you share your store’s URL with me? I will attempt to go through the checkout and see if I also receive an error. This error is likely only going to occur within the theme editor, and not effect your actual site, but it’s best to double check.

checkout page customization allow only for shopify plus plan can you please contact shopify support
