Has anyone experienced any delays with capital eligibility reviews after completing other capital advances?
I’ve had 5 in the past, and have recently paid off one early.
It’s always been a very smooth process, with the new offers being made about 6 days after completion.
I’m on day 7, and it’s just has the same old message ‘we’ll let you know’
I did a live chat last night and was told the same thing basically, they can’t say how long, it’s not guaranteed and just have to wait.
I appreciate this, but can’t help feeling a bit frustrated. Had I know that it wouldn’t be as smooth as before I wouldn’t have paid it back early.
