I have made no changes to my website, but today when I browse it only about 10% of the products are showing when using the filters. It was working without issue this morning but at present there is a problem that I can’t seem to work out as I have made no changes. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it an issue with Shopify?
You may have noticed when you were using the filter on products, only those met the criteria would pop up. What filters were you using? Did you find any products missing when they were supposed to appear for that particular filter? Product tags may be where you want to take a look at to confirm what products fit into what filters.
