Is there a way to export my customer data (name, email, address, etc) including the custom fields I created for the customer “object” and import them again with the custom fields without using an app?

I am trying to understand the question. What you mean by export, where are you exporting? When you say import? where are you importing? You can create a custom field for customer but this will need to be entered as a note so it will show in the backend and can retrieve the data.

I’m talking about an csv export / import.
I already added 2 custom fields to my customer ‘object’ as you can see.
For me it’s important to export additonal to the basic data (name, email, address, etc.) the custom fields too. I want to clean up my mailing list. After exporting my customer as csv, i wanna give each customer these two values ‘e-mail status reason’ and ‘e-mail status’.
After adding these two values, i want to upload the csv file again and update my customer data in Shopify. Now I can create segments over the 2 values and filter out all addresses that no longer exist or cause problems.
