I want to export my customer file which is almost 2k customers. Due to the size, I received a notification that the file would be emailed to me. I never received the email. I have done this numerous times and no email has been received. What do I do?

Are you sure the email is going to you? Likely depends on the email used to login to the admin portal. If so, I would suggest checking your spam.
If you can’t get it, you could use our Report Toaster app. If you are on the Basic or Shopify plans you can use the free version. If not, we still offer a 14-day trial. Please feel free to take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

@CloudlabSam Thanks for your response. The email is definitely going to me because all Shopify emails come to my account. I looked at the Toaster app, and it looks very useful. I’m not sure I can use it for what I’m trying to do, but will definitely check it out.
